Your C&G Appointment


To maintain a memorable experience for our C&G Girls, to attend Crowns & Gowns 2025 you must have an appointment. To ensure appointments are made with true shopping intentions, Crowns & Gowns appointments are $40 //BUT// every appointment will receive a $50 Crowns & Gowns Gift Card that can be used on ANY DRESS purchase at the event.

Each girl must make their own appointment. If you plan to come with a group, please make sure each shopper makes their own appointment. Appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes, but don’t stress if you think you need more time… we have a plan for that. This year the event and appointments are designed to be personal and private, therefore we ask that you only bring 2 non shopping guests.

Feel free to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you need too. We will have very limited appointments each day so we want to make sure they are filled with girls who plan to attend. There is no cost to reschedule after making your original appointment and if you have to cancel your reservation fee is refundable, if cancelled by January 18th. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by clicking the button on the bottom of your confirmation email.
